里印是指運用反像圖文的印版，將油墨轉印到透明承印材料的內側，從而在承印物的正面表現正像圖文的印刷方法。

里印是指運用反像圖文的印版，將油墨轉印到透明承印材料的內側，從而在承印物的正面表現正像圖文的印刷方法。


其優點是色彩鮮艷，受薄膜保護而不退色，不掉色，防潮耐磨。里印油墨在印刷後，油墨上塗有固化劑（AC劑）或貼合劑，


可以和密封薄膜或鋁箔粘合.表印工藝時常按反順序印刷，如白墨放在第一位，而黑墨則安排在最後一單元印刷。


里日工藝則恰恰相反，當然特殊印件則應視其情況面做特殊處理目前，我國里印用量最多的材料是拉伸聚丙烯薄膜（OPP），


里印後一般採用於式復合工藝與其他材料復合，典型的結構如：雙向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜（BOP，12um）/鋁箔（A9m）∠單向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜（CPP，70um）。


工藝過程是用輥塗裝置將溶劑型的“乾式黏合劑”均勻地塗布於基材上，然後送入熱烘道，使溶劑充分揮發後再與另一層薄膜復合.
