當這種黏性膠體（瓷墨）印刷在只有常溫的瓷器器皿錶面後，會因溫度的下降而立即被冷卻固化，再用同樣方法，印刷其色，且彼此不會互相影響。

熱塑性印刷簡稱熱印，是直接裝飾工藝中應用較多的一種方法，其印料被稱為熱印油墨或熱印瓷墨熱印印料以一定比例的連結料與陶瓷顏料混合


（一般是按顏料：介質（2-2.5）：1的比例混合）而成印刷前，一定要將熱印瓷墨加熱到55-70，利用印料受熱液化的特點，使熱印瓷墨由糊狀成為膠體狀。


印刷時，印刷版也要預熱至55-70℃，且定要進行恆溫控制，使版面溫度始終保持在該範圍之內。當這種黏性膠體（瓷墨）印刷在只有常溫的瓷器器皿錶面後，


會因溫度的下降而立即被冷卻固化，再用同樣方法，印刷其色，且彼此不會互相影響。
