關於印刷油墨耐熱性的測定【步殼印刷】


油墨的耐高溫蒸煮性主要指油墨的耐熱性,即墨層在受熱情況下抗變色的程度。塑料油墨的耐熱性主要指包裝在蒸煮、熱封和復合過程中的耐熱性,耐熱性差主要表現為墨層退色、變色、圖文不清晰等。油墨的耐熱性主要取決於顏料和連結料,連結料的耐熱性差,受熱後會由白色變成棕黃色,因此,淺色油墨的熱性取決於連結料,彩色油墨的耐熱性則取決於顏料。

油墨的耐熱性測定應準備下列工具及材料:調墨刀、分析天平(千分之一精確度)、小合成橡膠輥、勻墨用玻璃板、烘箱、新鍍錫鐵皮(75pxxl375px)、乾燥油。

測定時,用天平稱取4.75g待測油墨及0.25g千燥油,放在玻璃板上用小調墨刀充分調合均勻。取出小量調合均勻的油墨,放在玻璃板上以小橡膠輥滾勻,再將膠輥上的油墨滾塗在鍍錫的鐵皮上,直至油墨將鐵皮的金屬光澤全部蓋住為止,然後將用油墨滾塗好的鐵皮剪成6小塊,分別放在恆溫烘箱內以60℃、80℃、100℃、120℃、140℃和180℃的溫度烘30min。

以在60℃溫度下烘30min的一塊為標準,與在其他溫度下烘30min的各塊色塊進行比較,觀察其變色和退色的情況,以其在最高溫度時不變色和不退色者表示油墨的耐熱性。
