關於印刷廠紙張的書刊正文用紙總量的計算【步殼印刷】


書刊正文用紙總量實際上是書芯用紙總量。計算時可先計算單冊印張數,再計算既定冊數書刊的用紙總量,然後乘以加放系數。即:

正文用紙令數=單冊印張數×印數÷1000=單冊印張數x千冊印數

式中之所以要除以1000,是因為經正反兩面印刷的1令紙合1000印張。在公式中,印張=頁碼/開數

例如,製作一本32開本的書,正文頁碼是308頁,目錄、序言和內容提要等用與正文相同的紙共10頁,則其印張數為每本書的印張數為(308+10×2)÷32=10.25(印張);當印數為3000,如果該書正文選用787mmx1092m股印書刊紙,則需要的令數為出版此書需用膠印書刊紙:10.25×300001000=307.5(令);如需加放率為2%,則出版社應向印刷廠提供的紙張數量為:307.5×(1+2%)=313.65(令)。
