①應保持車間恆溫恆濕,註意印刷紙張開料後密封保持,避免其吸水受潮,否則極易導致印刷中出現紙張打皺,


或單面印後紙張邊沿起“荷葉邊”現象,以致影響第二面正常印刷。


②監控好印刷過程,避免出現兩張紙同時通過印刷機的情況,一旦發現應及時從收紙垛中全部剔除,


否則極易導致成品出版物中某印張全部是白頁的現象。


③註意正確備紙,不將有“紙病”的紙張用於批量印刷,否則有破洞、殘缺、油污的紙頁將混雜在成品出版物中。


④印刷中一旦發現殘紙現象,應立即停機剔除全部殘紙,同時還要擴大檢查已印部分,檢查其是否因其他殘紙的影響導致已印部分出現圖文殘缺。


⑤應確保印件的印刷質量達到出版社和行業質量要求,註意勤停機擦除橡皮滾筒上的紙粉,以使成品印刷圖文清晰和墨量飽滿。
