在印刷廠什麽是塗料壓光工藝

塗料壓光工藝是通過塗敷熱塑性壓光塗料並與壓光機械相結合的上光方法。先用普通上光機在紙印刷品錶面塗敷壓光塗料,待乾燥後再到壓光機上借助不銹鋼光帶熱壓,冷卻後剝離,使印刷品錶面塗膜形成鏡面的高光澤效果。壓光塗料樹脂經過熱壓定型後形成的膜層,不僅可提高印刷品錶面的光澤,還可使其耐化學物理的性能相應有所提高。


塗料壓光印刷品光澤性強,錶面平滑、細膩,不發黏泛黃,具有防潮耐水等性能,加工成本比較低,但工序較多,生產效率不高。


此外,塗料壓光印刷品的耐折、耐磨性雖不及紙塑復合加工,卻不會發生紙塑復合因使用薄膜及黏合不良而引起的各種故障塗料壓光適合高檔商標、產品說明書及藝術圖片、明信片等印刷品上光,也適合包裝用白板紙印刷品上光,以取代價格昂貴的玻璃卡紙。
