印刷廠使用石膏壓印凸版做工藝

傳統石膏凸模的製作工藝:將制好的銅(鋼)凹版黏置在平壓機的金屬底板上,校平板子,並在壓印平板上用黃紙板糊好,然後用樹膠液或糯米粉漿調和石膏糊,快速把石膏糊塗在黏有黃板紙的平板上,稍加攤平,鋪上一層薄紙,為防止石膏粉落入版紋之中再蓋上一層塑料薄膜,壓印前在凹版上輕輕地刷一層煤油,防止壓印時黏壞石膏模子。第一次壓印力要小,約顯出影子即可;第二次壓印時,在凹版後面加墊一張較厚的白板紙,待石膏粉快乾時壓印上去,待石膏粉完全固化乾燥後,鏟除四周多餘的石膏,即製成了石膏壓印凸版。


為了減輕機器壓力,增強圖文的效果,應該把不需突起,不需壓印部分的石膏層刮、挖掉。修刮時,應根據圖文輪廓的結構特點,分別處理。通過刮和挖的藝術加工,印版才能符合壓印加工要求。
