書的印刷中切書要註意什麽

切書可在單面切紙機上進行,也可以在特製的三面切書機上進行。

三面切書機的工作原理:切書時,首先按書刊開本大小調整三面刀之間的距離,然後把書疊放在移動鐵臺上,書疊由壓板壓著向切書位置移動,到達切書位置時,壓板離開,由另一個壓板壓著書疊,切天頭、地腳的兩把裁切刀同時落下,切完後同時升起,切書刊切口的裁刀落下切書,整個書刊切完後,第二個壓板升起,成品書刊自動移到傳送板上。

三面切書機有多本堆切和單本連切兩種,多本堆切一般是單機生產,而單本連切是用於聯動化生產線上的
