書籍印刷平裝書芯的質量要求

平裝書芯的質量應符合國家行業標準CY/T7.4-1991的規定主要質量要求和檢驗方法如下


平裝書芯質量要求


a.書頁的版心位置準確,頁張無油臟、死褶、折角、白頁、小頁、殘頁。


b.頁碼、版面順序正確,相聯書帖的行碼整齊,兩頁之間的頁碼位置的誤差不超過5mm,全書書芯頁碼位置的範圍不超


C.膠粘裝訂書帖的劃口排列正確,均在最後一折縫線上,滲透膠黏劑適度。



檢驗方法:


a.測量法。使用毫米尺檢驗頁碼、粘口、訂口和訂距。


b.目測法。專業技術人員按標準要求目測檢驗產品質量。
