影響覆膜質量的因素(2)壓力

在正確控制覆膜溫度的同時還應控制適當的壓力。因為紙張錶面本身並不十分平整,只有在壓力作用下黏流狀態的熱熔膠才會在趕走印刷品錶面空氣的過程中充分潤濕印刷品紙張錶面,產生的膠體分子向印刷品墨層、紙張分子間擴散、錯位,實現良好的黏結效果,形成對印刷品錶面的完整覆蓋,使印刷品錶面光亮、無霧狀、膠層流平、無摺痕,且黏結效果良好。

在保證印刷品不皺褶的情況下,應適當加大壓力,才能使熱熔膠的熱塑性固化機能得以充分體現,保證覆膜產品對各種物理剝離、沖擊力等影響作用具有較強的抵抗能力。
