影響覆膜質量的因素(4)環境濕度

黏合劑、塑料薄膜及印刷品都會隨空氣相對濕度的變化而改變其含水量。對濕度敏感的印刷品會因濕度變化而產生內應力。

如果印刷品吸水量過大而伸長與薄膜加熱收縮之間形成內應力,會導致覆膜產品捲曲、起皺、黏合不牢。另外,在濕度較高的環境中,印刷品的平衡水分值也將改變,從空氣介質中吸收的大量水分,在熱壓復合過程中將從錶面釋放出來,停滯於黏合界面,局部形成非黏合現象。

況且,印刷品平衡水分值的改變(從空氣介質中吸濕或向空氣介質中放濕)多發生在印刷品邊緣,易使其形成荷葉邊或緊邊,覆膜中產生皺褶
