印刷覆膜工藝常見故障1.黏合不良

①黏合劑選擇不當,塗膠量設定不當,配比計量有誤。應重新選擇黏合劑型號和塗布量,準確配製


②稀釋劑中含有消耗羥基的醇和水,使主劑的羥基不反應。應使用高純度(995%)醋酸乙酯。


③印刷品錶面有噴粉。應用乾布輕擦。


④印刷品墨層太厚。應增加黏合劑塗布量,加大壓力


⑤印刷品墨層未乾或乾燥不徹底。應先熱壓一遍再上膠;選擇固體含量高的黏合劑;增加黏合劑塗布厚度;提高烘乾道溫度等


⑥黏合劑被印刷油墨及紙張吸收,致使塗布量不足。應重新設定配方和塗布量


⑦塑料薄膜錶面處理不夠或超過適用期。應更新設定配方和塗覆量。


⑧壓力偏小,車速較快,溫度偏低。應提高覆膜溫度和壓力,適當降低車速。
